On the ground floor, there is a glorious open plan kitchen-diner with a generous table perfect for a long supper or leisurely brunch. There is beautiful light filled sitting room and a handy boot room to store muddy wellies after a long ramble in the countryside.Â
Follow the airy staircase up to the first floor to find the master bedroom with a luxurious wet room with hammam style bench. There are two further ensuite king bedrooms on this floor.Â
At the top of the house are two additional bright, airy eaves bedrooms (one king, one twin), both ensuite and each with a cosy built-in window seatÂ
Outside there is an outdoor dining and barbeque area and plenty of space to relax in the sunshine. There is also a private orchard and summer wildflower meadow to discover. There is ample space for parking.Â

During your stay, we invite you to explore the landscape at Lydhurst. Take a stroll across the wild meadows to the lookout, relax in the meditation garden, enjoy a picnic under a gentleman oak tree or go for a morning run amongst the bluebells.
Our games room is open to all guests, complete with an American pool table, a vintage ping pong table, regulation darts and a croquet set to use outside. You will find a comfy sofa and chairs, games table, board games and puzzles and a great selection of books. There is also a hidden tennis court nestled in an orchard, complete with tennis wall and a basketball hoop.
